Sequence of Services
Develop a project program.  Ascertain building requirements based upon owner's specific needs and objectives.
Prepare project design documents. Illustrate the size, scale, character and relationship of all project components.
Prepare working drawings and determine specifications. Detail the materials, workmanship, finishes and equipment required.
Prepare estimates of unit construction cost figures: Assist owner in establishing probability construction budget prior to bidding
Coordinate engineering consultants.  Integrate structural, mechanical, electrical and other professional design services.
Coordinate the bidding process. Prepare bidding information and bidding documents. Obtain bids or negotiated proposals for materials, services and contractors.
Prepare bid analysis for cost breakdowns and determine availability of contractor.
Provide architectural observation of the construction work: Ensure the quality of work is proceeding in accordance with the design.
Review and expedite the processing of shop drawings Ensure conformation with working drawings
Project Closeout. Process all administrative paperwork ensuring punch list items are complete, maintenance manuals and warranties.

Initial Studies

Electrical engineers.  Develop designs for all types of electrical power, lighting, heating, equipment, and advance communication control for energy saving management systems. Green Design
